a**The hair is true to length, thick and very soft. It also takes to heat very well. I have installed it and so far so good. I'd definitely order again. My order came very faster than I thought. I ordered last Thursday and it was here by Monday, because I live in NYC,if you guys are also in NYC, you can also check with them about their warehouse in NYC!
