W******I've had this hair (20 inch) about a month now and it's gorgeous and like new! it's soft doesn't shed . the curls are beautifully defined wet or dry with no product. I was worried about the hair density but it's actually very full and so soft . the hair really doesn't tangle but like any other I can if you're not using a scarf when you sleep or at least putting it in a bun braids or some kind of protective style ( and just if you're not caring for it and allow product build up). Hairline looks amazing.It holds curls very well ! I'm definitely ordering again longer inch.
