L******I love this wig, it's soft, the length is right (I was worried the 28" wasn't long enough, but it was longer than expected)! It's not tangled, it's totally human hair, I've tried styling it and the wig handles the heat just fine, but no hair was damaged and I didn't see any shedding, stylists are amazed at the quality, I'm absolutely Recommend this wig!!
