It's very pretty, lovely curls, you can easily run your fingers through the hair without having any tangles. I orders a 26" 5'5 closure 250 density- it was all true to length and density. The only reason I gave it a 4 star for quality is due to the length in the closure it's slightly shorter than the rest of the hair. And as per the delivery I thought it took a bit longer than anticipated I ordered August 9 and it came on August 18th not terrible but I'm use to getting the hair within like 3-5days. But overall the service was superb. I'll provide another update once I've worn the hair for a bit longer. But so far so good.
