14Avg Hair is BEAUTIFUL! Very full, true to length, no shedding. Very soft. No smells. No tangling. I let it sit in conditioner overnight, rinsed it in cold water and let it air dry. Even wet, it has a beautiful curl pattern. To take care of this hair, use Silicon Mix conditioner! It keeps it soft, shiny and bouncy. Will definitely purchase again. In short, I am very satisfied with this wig, I like it very much.
