K******The hair is super curly right out of the package! Its so soft and theres little to no shedding when I brush comb through the unit. If you experience any frizz after manipulating, all you need to do is add water.

S**Hair came just as described. Gorgeous water wave curls, soft, no shedding with 2 extra headbands! Packaging was stunning, goodies inside were gorgeous. I really like the wig it's simple and easy to put on. The hair is not shedding, for the price is very worth it
I recommend 10/10, the customer service is also wonderful as well, they communicate with you and make sure the package has arrived with you safely.

K****So far the hair seems like everything, haven't installed yet, will leave more feedback when I do. However, lace is great, hair feels thick, really soft , true to length no shedding yet, I'm super excited to install.
L******For the money it's a great wig. I will continue to buy the wig because I love the curl pattern and the fullness. Knots were easy to bleach and it was easy to customize, if length longer would be better. i can manage it

Longevity/ true to length: I had the 20inch unit and it was definitely true to length！I love everything about this wig. When I washed the hair I received little to no shedding. The hair didn't tangle or was heavy or hard after I applied products. You can wear the wig in its natural state or wet and wavy and both are equally bomb!
Shipping was pretty fast I got my unit in about 5 business days. My package is sent from NY warehouse, so it is very fast!!! it's amazing!!!
