a***The hair came in a little longer than expected but once it arrived and I took it out of the packaging the hair was super soft, there's no fly aways, I haven’t received any shedding. The highlights is very beautiful. They are super friendly and will help you in anyway they can. I will be buying from them again soon

It came pre plucked already but I did a little tweezing to the frontal just so it can fit my face to my liking. Very minimal shedding and even after I bleached the knots. I highly recommend it!
