W*****I have to say I was very pleased with the quality of the unit. I washed and conditioned the hair before installing. It did not have a bad chemical smell like most units I've come across. There was minimum to little shedding of the hair. The hair color is also very wonderful, looks very good, very soft, highliy recommended
